Do you offer financing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Affirm and Beautifi for treatments $500 and above. Three, six, or twelve months with no compound interest.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellation and no-shows are billed a $50 fee, credited toward your rescheduled visit.

Are your prices final?

Yes. Every price on our menu is the price you pay. No surprise fees at the chair.

Do you work with men?

Of course. About a third of our patients are men. We are particularly busy with Botox for jaw clenching, Morpheus8 for the lower face, and laser for sun damage.

Who performs my treatment?

Dr. Wren performs all injectable and laser treatments personally. Signature Facials and chemical peels are performed by Robyn, our senior aesthetician, who has been with Halewood since opening.

What if I do not see results?

We schedule a touch-up at no charge for any injectable result that does not meet expectations within two weeks. For devices (Morpheus8, laser), we set realistic expectations during consultation and document weekly so we know exactly what is progressing.

Yes. SkinCeuticals, Sente, and a small selection of Canadian brands we trust. Orders ship Tuesdays and Thursdays.
